We help international companies hire in Spain without setting up a company here. We do it through our own Spanish entity, with one dedicated specialist per client. Not a portal, not a reseller, not a chatbot.
Hiring someone in another country shouldn’t mean a new legal entity, a new gestoría, and weeks of paperwork. It should mean a phone call with someone who already knows how it works here.
Our story
Why we exist
EOR Spain was founded to solve a problem we saw repeatedly. Companies overseas wanted to hire one or two people in Spain, but their only options were costly: establish a local subsidiary, or pass the relationship to a large global platform with little real presence on the ground.
We created a third option. We are a dedicated Spanish employer of record, operating through our own registered company (an SL), so an overseas company can employ staff here in days rather than months.

We are a small, focused team that does a few things properly. We are deliberately not a global SaaS platform.
We own our Spanish entity
Your team is employed through our own registered company (an SL). There is no third party sitting between us. If something needs sorting, we sort it.
One point of contact
You get a dedicated Spain specialist who knows your account properly. The same person handles onboarding, payroll queries, and offboarding.
Real people, not a ticket queue
When you have a question about Spanish employment, a person who knows the answer picks up. We aim to respond within the same working day.
We don’t cut corners
We move fast once we have the details we need, but never at the cost of documentation or compliance. That is the whole point of hiring through us.

Who looks after your team in Spain
A small team runs every account, so the people handling your staff already know their contracts, their payroll and your history with us.
Your account manager
One named contact from your first hire onwards. They know your team and usually reply the same working day.
Payroll and compliance
Monthly payroll, with IRPF withheld for the Agencia Tributaria and social security paid to the TGSS on time.
HR and employee support
Leave, sickness, contract changes and everyday questions from your staff, handled under Spanish employment law.
Contracts and onboarding
Employment contracts registered through Contrat@, social security registration and first-day paperwork, all ready before your new hire starts.
