We help international companies hire in Spain without setting up a company here. We do it through our own Spanish entity, with one dedicated specialist per client. Not a portal, not a reseller, not a chatbot.
Hiring someone in another country shouldn’t mean a new legal entity, a new gestoría, and weeks of paperwork. It should mean a phone call with someone who already knows how it works here.
Our story
Why we exist
EOR Spain was founded to solve a problem we saw repeatedly. Companies overseas wanted to hire one or two people in Spain, but their only options were costly: establish a local subsidiary, or pass the relationship to a large global platform with little real presence on the ground.
We created a third option. We are a dedicated Spanish employer of record, operating through our own registered company (an SL), so an overseas company can employ staff here in days rather than months.
We are also part of Agility EOR. The group has picked a handful of European countries and set out to do each of them properly: the UK and Channel Islands, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Malta and the Czech Republic. Working in a small number of countries is what lets us give you real expertise in each one, and as your team grows across these markets you can stay with one provider rather than appointing another.

We are a small, focused team that does a few things properly. We are deliberately not a global SaaS platform.
We own our Spanish entity
Your team is employed through our own registered company (an SL). There is no third party sitting between us. If something needs sorting, we sort it.
One point of contact
You get a dedicated Spain specialist who knows your account properly. The same person handles onboarding, payroll queries, and offboarding.
